Mark is the Managing Partner of the Firm.

Academic and Professional Credentials
Mark graduated from Bucknell University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 1982, he successfully became a certified public accountant. He then went on to graduate with a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law and became a member of the Connecticut bar in 1991. Mark is also Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Professional Affiliations
Mark is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Bar Association and Connecticut Bar Association. Mark also is actively involved in various committees and civic and charitable organizations.

Presentations
Mark is a frequent speaker and instructor in business valuation and forensic accounting techniques for the National Business Institute, Inc., the American Bar Association, American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, University of Connecticut School of Law, Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Connecticut Bar Association, as well as various other professional organizations. He has given valuation related presentations at the American Bar Association Spring CLE Conference in Washington, DC and at the National Conference on Divorce in Las Vegas sponsored by the American Academy of Matrimonial Attorneys and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has assisted in the creation and writing of various local and national presentations on business valuation issues.
