Present Position
David is a senior member of the firm's Business Valuation and Litigation Assistance Group.  He has performed valuations of business interests for a variety of purposes including, but not limited to, family law matters, business damages, buy-sell agreements, shareholder litigation, estate and gift tax matters, buying and selling businesses, and employee stock ownership plans. 

Academic and Professional Credentials
David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Dickinson College and a Masters of Business Administration with Finance and Accounting concentrations from Rochester Institute of Technology.  He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers.

Professional Affiliations

Dave is a member of the American Society of Appraisers and Connecticut Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers.
